Hi, I'm Geraldine Butler-Wright, Founder of RorCas, where coaching is an integral part of my consultancy's offerings.
I am an accredited executive and performance coach with deep experience in global, high-growth tech companies.

- I don’t tell clients what to do. We figure out the tools needed to progress, and explore how to use them best. We iterate as we go along to optimise value and progress. The end program is never the same as what we started out with.
